SHINICHIRO NISHIKAWA

Shinichiro Nishikawa’s career has been dedicated to the Payment industry for over 28 years. Starting as a Project Leader in Planning for e-commerce services, he has consistently demonstrated industry expertise and strategic leadership qualities.
In November 2001, he joined NTT DATA Corporation, showcasing his skills as a Project Manager in the Card and Payment Services Division. Nishikawa played a pivotal role in planning and developing a Payment Gateway for e-commerce, and promoting 3D Secure in Japan in collaboration with VISA/MasterCard. Following that, Nishikawa moved to the Global expansion team within the same division in March 2012.
Nishikawa began his tenure at VietUnion Online Services Corporation in Vietnam in October 2014 as a Senior Director. In July 2018, his responsibilities expanded to becoming an Executive Director at iPay88 in Malaysia, then a Director at ATOM Technologies Ltd. In India in September 2019.
From June 2021, he took the helm as the Head of the Global Payment & Service Division, committing to further expansion strategies. Nishikawa’s career is a testament to his extensive experience and leadership qualities, with emphasis on his global perspective and strategic thinking. He continues to leverage his international business acumen to drive growth and innovation at NTT DATA.
Nishikawa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Gakushuin University, Tokyo, Japan.
JUNYA KAWAMOTO

Junya Kawamoto is the Executive Manager responsible for business development initiatives at NTT DATA Japan, the largest IT & business services provider in the Japanese market.
Kawamoto brings 30 years of experience with NTT DATA in business administration & development in the IT & payment services industries with a focus on Asia. He has an extensive track record in regional business development & operations; such as execution of China & APAC expansion strategy, reinforcement of IT & Business Process offshoring capabilities in China & other Asian countries as well as development of cross-border payment services in Hong Kong.
Kawamoto holds a Bachelor of Economics from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan.

SEAN S. HESH
Executive Director
Sean is a high calibre senior executive with an in-depth experience in Payments, Merchant Acquiring, E-commerce, Operations and Technology in the Asia Pacific ("APAC") Region and the United States. He has demonstrated a solid ability to build and grow businesses and to improve efficiency, productivity, profitability and delivery of strategic initiatives, in a number of very complex and highly regulated jurisdictions.
With over 30 years of experience, Sean commenced his long and distinguished career in the Payments & Financial Services industry with Wells Fargo Bank in 1989. He worked at First Data Corporation (now Fiserv) from 1993 to 2010 and held a variety of senior management positions with First Data, including: Vice President & General Manager of Financial Institution Alliances; Chief Operating Office at TASQ Technology; Chief Operating Officer of Card Service International and Chief Executive Officer of Wells Fargo Merchant Services LLC. From 2006 to 2010, Sean served as the CEO of Merchant Solution Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between First Data and Standard Chartered Bank in APAC. He then joined Citibank in 2010 as the Regional Head of Merchant Acquiring, Network Management and Commercial Cards. In this capacity, he was responsible for the strategy, business & product management, contract negotiations and best practices across Citi's Merchant Acquiring and Commercial Cards businesses as well as for the relationships with the Payment Networks across Citi's footprint in 16 APAC, Europe, and the Middle East markets. He has been the Executive Director and Group CEO of GHL Systems Berhad since November 2020.
Sean is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelors in Political Science and a Masters of Arts degree in International Relations from San Francisco State University.

Chee Keat is a seasoned finance professional with expertise in multiple finance disciplines, including in the areas of Financial Reporting and Compliance, Commercial & Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury, Risk and Controls, MIS, Payroll and Investor Relations. He has been the Group Chief Financial Officer of GHL Systems Berhad since June 2023.
With over 25 years of experience, Chee Keat brings a wealth of expertise in various industries, including media and entertainment, telecommunications and technology, manufacturing, and retail food and consumer goods across Malaysia, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and other Southeast Asian countries.
Chee Keat has held senior finance positions including as the Group Financial Controller of QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd, Chief Financial Officer at Astro Malaysia as well as the Director and Chief Financial Officer of PT Innovate Mas Indonesia, a telecommunications company based in Jakarta. Additionally, he also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Carlsberg Malaysia and as a Director of Lion Brewery (Ceylon) PLC, a company listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange.
Chee Keat is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He holds a Bachelor in Accounting degree from University of Malaya.
